Welcome to Unit 1001 at Long Beach Resort Tower 3, on the 10th floor. A gated beachfront condominium situated directly on the sugar sands of The Gulf of Mexico. The condo is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, near plenty of shopping & restaurants all within a short distance. Unit 1001 is located in Tower 3 of Long Beach Towers.

When a balcony stack is under work, it will be closed and secured with signage
and barriers. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and will result in
removal from the property.
2 Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are included with each reservation! Just tell the beach attendant your staying at Tower III, unit 1001! Beach Chair service is from March 1st until October 31st.
The Gym is now Open! Just go to the gym kiosk, sign the waiver to receive a gym door code.
Must be 25 years old to book, security will not let anyone in if you are under 25 years old.
Parking is not assigned.
Park anywhere in parking lot.
Please wear armbands while on the property, place parking passes in car to avoid your car being towed.
