Dune Allen Beach is on the west end of Scenic Highway 30A, and is well known for its open coastal scenery, Dune Lakes, and fantastic beaches. The iconic Stinky’s Fish Camp is just a short distance from the house. Dune Allen is just a short walk east from the house.
The coastal dune lakes are so rare that they are only found in the Beaches of South Walton and remote portions of Africa and Australia.
Outside you will find an in ground pool on the north side of the house and a BBQ Grill.
Inside you will find the following:
First level: 3 bedrooms with 1 King bedroom, 1 bunk room (sleeps 2), 1 bunk room (sleeps 4)
Second level: Main floor with Living room and Kitchen and 1 queen bedroom
3rd level: 3 bedrooms with a Master bedroom with a King bed, 1 King bedroom, 1 King bedroom
4th level: Trundle bed (2 twin beds)
There is a public beach access just a short walk away! Please see photos of where beach access is.
