Step inside to a spacious open-concept layout perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The living area features a Smart TV for all your streaming needs and leads to a balcony with a pool view (currently unavailable due to renovations).
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an eat-in bar alongside a dedicated dining area—ideal for meals with family or friends. A convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen.

2 parking spaces are available for parking. One is designated for the unit and labeled #214. There are other guest spots available at the end of the buildings. Two parking passes are located in the unit. Please display in vehicle during your stay. Please return parking passes inside the unit upon departure or there will be a $50 fee per pass that we have to get replaced.
There are 6 wristbands that are to be worn on property. Please leave them in the unit upon departure. There will be a $20 per wristband replacement fee if they go missing.
Rental guests are not allowed scooters or golf carts on property.
