This is an Amazing location across from the beach. Just steps from 5 pools, fun entertainment, food, and drinks. Enjoy the beautiful gulf view and lake view with a music show fountain. ***NOTICE BEFORE BOOKING!**** Amenity and Parking Information:
Laketown Wharf Resort charges guests a one time amenity and parking fee of $75 for a one bedroom and $90 for a two bedroom plus tax) PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. Upon booking, you will receive an email link to register all members of your party and pay the fee online prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, you will pick up your reservation packet at the Concierge Desk in the lobby. Each member of your party must wear a wristband to access resort amenities throughout your stay. They accept Credit Card. The Resort fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.
Parking Notes:
There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage; parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in the windshield (visibly). Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed. Additional parking for 3rd vehicle located close by, ask the lobby at check in for directions.
Gulf Views Getaway at Laketown Wharf is across the street from the beach with 3 minute walk, private code access to the beach. Resort: 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, gym, and restaurants. This unit is across the street from famous Pineapple Willy’s and across the street from Walmart. Many attractions and other restaurants within walking distance. This is an amazing condo with plenty of room for multiple families.
