It’s located just across the street from the sugar white sands of The Gulf of Mexico and public beach access at the iconic Pompano Joe’s beach restaurant. The complex includes an outdoor pool to guests and residents, and this well equipped condo gives off major beachy vibes!

No Parties are allowed. No Smoking is allowed inside this property, $500 eviction and or eviction will be enforced.

This second-floor condo offers stress free access, close proximity to the beach, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and relaxing beach vibes to enjoy after taking in the sun and negative ions. The balcony is ideal for enjoying a cold beverage and the living area is spacious with plenty of area to lounge. There’s a full kitchen with stainless appliances. The primary bedroom features a stylish, ship-lap accent wall and a TV. The Surfsong complex includes access to an outdoor swimming pool for guests and resident to refresh after a day on the premier beach of the Gulf of Mexico.
We provide enough toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent until you can go to the store. (Hotel like) Not restocked.
