Huge Polynesian pool + a second heated pool next to sand dunes and beach bar. BOTH POOLS and BEACH have food and drink service onsite, in addition to the beach bar at The Back Porch. Umbrella/chair service is managed privately for rental. Exercise facility and theater for kids movie nights onsite.
You will find everyday household products such as hand, laundry, dish, and bath soaps, and paper products. Hotel like (not restocked). The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and blender to name a few.
Sterling Shores is a fun, family-friendly, gated community with 24 hour security guard. Covered awning and carts to load and unload. Unit is conveniently located straight across the from the central elevator. Covered community gas grills are provided poolside.

No Smoking, No Pets and No parties allowed. $500 violation fee and/or eviction with no refund issued. No more than 6 guests in this property. Please do not move any furniture around, leave the condo as you found it. Check in is at 4:00pm, this gives housekeeping enough time to clean and sanitize the property prior to your arrival.
