This unit is across the street from famous Pineapple Willy’s and across the street from Walmart. Many attractions and other restaurants within walking distance. This is an amazing condo with plenty of room for multiple families.

Fee is $70 for a one bedroom, $90 for a two bedroom $120 for a 3 bedroom (plus tax and fees.) PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. FEE IS FOR 2 PARKING PASSES AND WRISTBANDS FOR THE WHOLE GROUP, FOR THE WHOLE STAY, PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOA, SEPARATE FROM THE RESERVATION. GUEST MUST PRE- REGISTER ONLINE, WITH THE NAMES, AGES OF EACH GUEST AND VEHICLES MAKE AND MODEL BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE. Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage; parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in the windshield (visibly). Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.
No pets or smoking are allowed in this condo.

$500 Violation fee if unit smells like smoke or Pets brought into the unit.
We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.

Check in time is 4:00pm, this gives housekeeping enough time to clean and sanitize the unit after the previous guests has checked out. The door code and wifi access instructions will be included in the check in instructions. Please no SMOKING and no PETS allowed in this unit. You will be charged $500 if you violate the smoking and pet policy. Immediate eviction and no refund also. Do not move any furniture around and leave the condo as you found it. Please register for armbands and 2 parking passes prior to your stay, you will get a text message after you book to register. Please pick up your packet at the lobby when you arrive. Please plan accordingly as Laketown Wharf allows 2 passes per reservation. We hope you enjoy your stay!
