* To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
* If guest cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, guests will be charged 50% for all nights
* If guests cancel after that, guests will be charged 100% for all nights.
Early check in is possible if the property is ready before 4:00pm, we like to give our housekeepers plenty of time to clean and sanitize the property after the previous guests stay. While it is not always guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Free wifi is provided, network and password information to wifi will be sent 24 hours prior to check in.
There is a resort fee at Laketown Wharf.
Laketown Wharf Resort charges guests a one time amenity and parking fee of $60.00 (plus tax and fees) PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. Upon booking, you will receive a text message to register all members of your party and pay the fee prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, you will pick up your reservation packet at the Concierge Desk in the lobby.
Enjoy easy check in! You will receive a door code 24 hours prior to your check in day. Full privacy and no interruptions during your stay, and we are just a call away if you have any questions or concerns.
